Dear Fellow Creative,

Over the years, I've discovered that the greatest ally I have in my creative work isn't my creativity, discipline or drive. 

It's this one thing: 

Clarity.

And that's what this 2-hour workshop is all about – helping you get clear about what kinds of creative projects you want to pursue in 2025.

If you already have ideas about what you want to do in 2025 – great! You'll get some new ideas for how to optimize your life for creativity.

And if you're not clear what you want for your 2025 creative work, well that's all the more reason to join us as you'll get tons of ideas and inspirations from the other participants.

Here's an overview of the workshop:

Part 1: Creative Projects 101

We'll start by discussing the central role that creative projects play in an artist's life (and why project-planning is usually better than goal-setting). I'll also share about my own 2025 creative projects and how I'll be approaching them in a more structured and intentional way than in the past. 

Part 2: Brainstorming & Visioning

Most people play it small in their creative work. This is your chance to dream big and let your imagination run wild. I'll lead you through 2 simple yet powerful exercises – "The Magic Wand" & "Head, Heart, Wallet." 

Part 3: Planning & Pruning

Next we'll talk about project planning, considering the timeframes, forms and cadences that will best support your creative work. We'll also look at the idea of "pruning," cutting away unnecessary things so our artistic work can thrive (I'm looking at you social media!).

Part 4: Accountability & Action 

Finally, we'll talk about self-sabotage, resistance and accountability, including strategies to stay on track with your creative work throughout the year. 

This will be a very practical and interactive workshop. If you can't attend live, you'll receive instructions for how to replicate the engagement factor on your own time.

A few other things to know:  

• Sliding scale pricing – the regular rate for this workshop is $40 but you can register at the supported rate of $20. Or if you're in a financially abundant place right now and want to support other artists to participate you can pay up to $60. 
• Live & Replay options – I'm limiting the number of live participants to 25 so we can all fit on one Zoom screen. If you choose the live option, I ask that you commit to attending live (since spots are limited) with your camera on, ready to work and engage with others. There are an unlimited number of replay spots available if you're not able to make it live.
